BlackBerry Bold 9650 Review
The BlackBerry Bold 9650 from Research In Motion is a smartphone first released on the Sprint Network. The Bold 9650 features an upgraded screen, higher resolution camera, and more memory than it’s predecessor. I will share my story as part of my BlackBerry Bold 9650 Review.
I purchased my BlackBerry Bold 9650 in the summer of 2010 when I switched to Sprint from AT&T Wireless. The BlackBerry is a corporate type of phone, so there aren’t a ton of apps and games available like there are for the iPhone or an Android smartphone. The Bold doesn’t have a touchscreen, and it took a while for me to get used to not having that feature, though I do like having a physical keyboard again.
BlackBerry Bold 9650 Review of Issues
I have not had any problems with my BlackBerry Bold 9650 as far as signal strength, call quality, or Internet access. The phone does take a while to start up when it’s rebooted, but that is normal for most smartphones. Overall, I have been very pleased with my 9650 and the service from Sprint.
BlackBerry Bold 9650 Review Conclusion
I found the phone to be quite easy to use with good battery life and easy to access menu functions.
Thanks for the review. I am trying to decide between a BlackBerry and an Android phone.
