  • Food additives such as MSG or nitrates
  • Certain lunch meats that have been cured with food additives
  • Bright lights, including sunlight glare
  • Menstrual Period for Women

  • Certain Nuts
  • Changes in Sleep including not enough sleep or too much sleep
